Kyle Richards Gives All the Details on Her New Home

Kyle Richards and her husband, Mauricio Umansky, purchased their stunning Encino home back in 2017 for $8.25 million and here’s a fun fact for you — the manse is known as “Smokey Robinson’s Estate” since the singer lived there from 1988 to 2002. Stately and traditional but with all the luxe real estate bells and whistles, the 10,600-square-foot home has appreciated in value since The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple purchased it, with Zillow currently valuing it at $9.26 million.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

"It's an absolutely beautiful home," Kyle told BravoTV.com. "We are so happy to be there and to enjoy this gorgeous home. It doesn't feel like you're in Los Angeles, it feels like you're in a completely different part of the country."

While we’ve long admired the home and its many fancy facets — from that gorgeous backyard to the incredible foyer — we just learned something new about the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom house. According to Zillow, it has eight fireplaces. Eight! Including the hearth in the gorgeous dark sitting room and the ultra-modern, marble-lined one in her living room, Kyle’s many fireplaces are the favorite places for her dogs and family to gather round and be cozy together (especially on rainy days!).

Built in 1912, Kyle and Mauricio’s home is picture-perfect… and it will always be warm thanks to all those fireplaces!
