Kyle Richards Explains Why She Is Selling Her Aspen House
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member opened up about her surprising decision to say goodbye to her “special” Colorado abode.
After reading some speculation as to why she is selling her Aspen home, Kyle Richards is setting the record straight.
“Our family is growing [and] we simply need more space,” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member wrote in a June 23 Instagram Story, adding that she is “never leaving Aspen.” To conclude her caption, Kyle wrote, “This home is so special to me.”
Earlier this month, Kyle confirmed the abode was on the market when she shared an Architectural Digest article announcing the news. According to AD, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom house is listed for $9,750,000.
Kyle and her family have made amazing memories in the 2,426-square-foot home over the years. In August 2020, she and her daughter Alexia Umansky set up “a little outdoor movie night” for the group to enjoy on one of the decks. Four months later, they spent Christmas at the house, eating delicious food and lounging in matching pajamas before continuing the holiday celebrations with a “lit” New Year’s Eve there. At the time, Kyle’s eldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, shared a snap of her mom enjoying a slice of pizza on the couch in their living room and declared Kyle was “Doing NYE right.”
