Kyle Richards will turn 51 on January 11. But when her family gathered for dinner a few days in advance, they took a moment to acknowledge the upcoming event with a triple-berry cake that's something of a Beverly Hills classic.
Before we focus on Kyle's pre-birthday bash, take a moment to remember Scheana Shay's great yacht celebration of 2019. To fete her 34th year, the Vanderpump Rules singer blew out the candles on a triple-berry cake from Los Angeles bakery Sweet Lady Jane. This was the same cake, mind you, that the Kardashian family presented to grandma MJ on her 85th. And since three makes a trend, the appearance of the very same cake at Kyle's January 8 shindig makes the triple-berry confection a legit thing.
While her loved ones serenaded her, Kyle closed her eyes and made a wish. Then, it was strawberries, blackberries, and almost-birthday vibes for everyone seated at the candlelit table. What a perfect kickoff for a weekend-long celebration:
