On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' August 19 episode, viewers got a peek at Lisa Rinna's daughter Amelia Gray Hamlin's new $5,700-per-month Los Angeles apartment. While Lisa had previously said that "$1,000 would be fair" to help Amelia pay for the abode, it seems the model didn't take her mom up on the offer.
"It's all her money," Lisa revealed on Part 2 of the RHOBH reunion. "I'm not even helping her $1,000."
As Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, and Garcelle Beauvais were visibly impressed by the 19-year-old's accomplishment, Lisa elaborated on how her daughter was able to afford the apartment. "That's her modeling money," she said. "Amelia Gray makes more money than all of us."
As seen on the previous episode, the 900-square-foot apartment boasts one bedroom, one bathroom, and includes some features from the wishlist Amelia previously gave her realtor Alexia Umansky including "a pretty kitchen island," "a pretty refrigerator," and "big windows."
While Amelia excitedly prepared to settle into the apartment on recent episodes of RHOBH, it seems she has since moved into a new house with her sister, Delilah Belle Hamlin. In a series of Instagram Stories last month, Amelia showed off the stunning space while thanking realtor Alexa Kort from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent Josh Flagg's team for "helping Delilah and I find the perfect lil house." As seen in her photos, the home has at least two bedrooms, a stunning kitchen, and what appears to be personal outdoor space.
