Mauricio Umansky Just Got a "Once in a Lifetime Opportunity"
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband and his team just sold a truly "rare offering" in Bel Air.
Maurico Umansky has seen — and sold — a lot of impressive real estate throughout his career. But The Agency founder was unabashedly in awe of a Bel Air mansion his team just worked on, and he doubts that another property like it will hit the market soon.
In a celebratory Instagram post that started with a "just sold" hashtag, the real-estate pro gave some details on his $8.95 million listing. "This home was a once in a lifetime opportunity - first time on the market in 34 years," he wrote.
He added, "Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this gated estate is surrounded by mature trees and hedges for utmost privacy. Incredible use of indoor-outdoor living and limitless options for dining and entertaining. Uniquely, the owners have made an arrangement for themselves and for the next owners to have access to the golf course driving range (regardless of membership to the club). Truly a rare offering."
Kyle Richards' husband also shared some photos of the house's interior. Peep them in the carousel below. Based on the house's history, you might not have a chance to see inside again for another 34 years!
