Tour the Incredible Santa Barbara House Where the Beverly Hills Housewives Stayed
The eight-bedroom home, where Kyle Richards invited The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ladies to stay, has a jaw-dropping view.
On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills May 27 episode, Lisa Rinna, Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, and Erika Girardi headed to Santa Barbara for what Kyle hoped would be a fun-filled trip despite ongoing tensions within the group.
"Santa Barbara is this beautiful coastal town," she said during the episode. "It's a nice place to relax." In fact, the city holds special meaning for Kyle. After frequently staying with her father there while growing up, she noted: "I have a lot of very positive memories of being in Santa Barbara."
Of course, as she planned the group's quick getaway, Kyle made sure their temporary abode was nothing short of fabulous. "I found this house online and I fell in love with the views," Kyle explained of the $2,500-per-night property. "You can see the ocean, the Channel Islands, the mountains."
"There is plenty of space and we are secluded from everyone," she continued. "So if a fight does break out, nobody will hear it."
While a few arguments did ultimately occur, at least the group could agree about how gorgeous their temporary digs were. To see for yourself, scroll down for photos of the stunning home:
Incredible Exterior
Before even stepping inside the home, the sight of the secluded abode is absolutely breathtaking.
Cozy Bedrooms
The home's eight total bedrooms differ in size and layout; however, all have similar neutral accents and décor. Thanks to a combination of windows and glass doors, the rooms are flooded with natural light.
Vast Views
The home's sweeping views from the outdoor patio were a clear highlight of the property for the cast members. During the episode, Kyle called the scene at sunset "magical."
Luxe Living and Dining Area
With a white fireplace, a gray couch, several plants, and a large wood dining table, the open and airy space offers a relaxed, beachy vibe.
Outdoor Dining
Although the indoor dining table is eye-catching in its own right, the outdoor eating space, where the cast members had a mouthwatering dinner, is particularly stunning at night. "Oh my gosh," Denise said as she saw the table. "This is so nice."
Chic Open Kitchen
The kitchen's sleek island and modern appliances give it a chic touch, while small details like a custom WiFi sign and flour and sugar canisters give the space a home-y feel. While Teddi, Denise, and Erika joked about Lisa making a very strong pot of coffee before they left the property, Lisa said in an interview during the episode: "They should be thankful I even made the f--king coffee, I don't even do this at home!"
