As Sutton Stracke continues to rent Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's former Bel-Air home, she couldn't be happier with their arrangement.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

"Kyle and Mauricio both are like, 'What do you need?' They are honestly the sweetest landlords," Sutton shared in the Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen After Show video above. "I call them Mr. and Mrs. Roper to their face. They're the sweetest people."

"Whatever problems have come with the house, my people call their people, and they fix it," she added. "It's so easy, we're all easy. It's perfect."

On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' May 19 episode, it was revealed that Sutton pays $20,000 per month to rent the home, which Kyle called a "friends and family discount" on the typical $25,000 monthly fee. During the WWHL After Show, Sutton elaborated on the payment process between her and Kyle. "I don't send payments, but my business manager does," she said. "And they're always on time."

Sutton will only be living in Kyle's former home until she finishes renovations on her new $5.35 million house. On the show's May 26 episode, Sutton opened up about creating her dream home, explaining, "It's hard to check all of your boxes off... So I'm gonna build."

"This is the first time I've ever done anything like this on my own," she added in an interview. "But I'm 49 years old. I'm ready for this."
