The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ladies' Lake Tahoe trip turned out to be quite an emotional experience for Sutton Stracke — but the boutique owner was able to find solace in a face roller.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

As seen in the June 9 episode, Sutton kept a small purple device close during the trip, which she would pull out whenever she felt upset. (Press play on the video above to hear more about it.) We first caught a glimpse at Sutton's handy tool when Lisa Rinna came to check in on her the morning after the dinner prank debacle. Sutton greeted Lisa at her bedroom door with the device in her hand. "I'm carrying the roller with me — it's giving me anxiety relief," she explained as she massaged her cheeks with it.

"Are you rolling when you feel like you're going to cry?" Lisa asked Sutton, to which Sutton replied, "She's coming with me all day," referring to the roller. And she wasn't kidding. Sutton also brought the purple gadget on the ladies' boat charter and used it during a tense conversation with Crystal Minkoff. "This helps me because I feel so uncomfortable," Sutton told Crystal while getting teary-eyed during their talk.

So what exactly is this widget? In the Housewife to Housewife video above, Sutton shares the details with her new friend from The Real Housewives of Potomac, Candiace Dillard Bassett. The tool hails from the famous beauty brand Nurse Jamie and is called the Instant UpLift Massaging Beauty Roller ($69). The massager, created by skin expert Jamie Sherrill (aka Nurse Jamie), contains 24 massaging stones and is meant to energize, enhance, and uplift your skin with its rhythmic rolling action. Apparently, it has some emotionally soothing properties as well.

This isn't the first time we've seen a Beverly Hills 'Wife showcase a tool from the brand. Lisa is a fan of the Nurse Jamie Uplift Body Sonic Massaging Beauty Roller and even shared a video of herself using the tool on her arms and legs on Instagram. Dorit Kemsley has also praised the Nurse Jamie NuVibe RX Amethyst Massaging Beauty Tool, calling it "unbelievable."

Press play on the video above to hear Sutton talk about her favorite roller, and to learn the "amazing" alternative suggestion Candiace offered her.
