Teddi Got a Deluxe Housewarming Gift from Kyle Richards and Her Family
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum found a luxurious surprise in her new Encino house.
From escrow to inspection day, Kyle Richards' family was by Teddi Mellencamp-Arroyave's side through every step of buying her new, $6.5 million manse in Encino. (Kyle's realtor husband Mauricio represented Teddi in the purchase.) And when move-in day rolled around, Kyle and her crew were on hand to help welcome the mom of three into her new digs.
In an Instagram Story from September 22, Teddi shared a look at the deluxe housewarming gifts that her friends had left behind. There was a cozy blanket from Hermès, as well as a gorgeous white orchid. (It seems that the creamy blossoms are one of Kyle's signature gifts — she sent her sister Kim a similar plant for Mother's Day.)
The presents came with a handwritten note that read: "Welcome home!! We love you guys. Congratulations." It was signed "with lots of love" from Kyle and Mauricio, as well as their four daughters.
Teddi's previous home was an ultra-modern abode carved into the Hollywood Hills. But after living there for about two years, the accountability coach was ready to move on. "[The Hollywood Hills house] was actually [my husband] Edwin's dream house — we are going to be moving into mine," she shared in a recent Instagram Story. "Happy wife, happy life."
Fun fact: Teddi enlisted Kyle's daughter Farrah to be her listing agent on the mountainside home. Take a tour of the Hollywood Hills property, below.
Additionally on September 22, Teddi confirmed she would not be returning to RHOBH.
