Denise Richards Cut One Thing From Her Diet, and Says the Results Are "Amazing"

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills actress got some sage diet advice from her fans — and from Patti Stanger.

Denise Richards is thanking her fans for inspiring a diet change that's yielded "amazing" results. When appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 9 reunion (peep the clip above), Denise had an enlarged thyroid that some viewers were quick to notice. And while feedback on one's body isn't always welcomed (ahem), this time a little unsolicited advice did a lot of good. 

On August 5, the Beverly Hills mom took to Instagram to share this update: "It’s amazing to me in a short time eliminating gluten from my diet how much my thyroid has changed. A few of you pointed out after the #RHOBH reunion that my thyroid was enlarged. You were right, it was something I ignored until pointed out. I had no idea how much our diet really can affect our body and for me how toxic gluten really is. 

Denise added, "I thank all of you who sent me messages." 

The Millionaire Matchmaker alum Patti Stanger also offered Denise some diet advice. In the comments section, the matchmaker noted, "Denise, I have hoshimotos it’s a beast but gluten free, only organic foods and intermittent fasting helps so much."
