Dorit Kemsley's Kids Explain Family Dinner Rules — And It’s Priceless
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills kiddos make their cases.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom Dorit Kemsley has shared plenty of relatable scenes from her life with two kids — and exactly what eating and dining out looks like when toddlers are involved. No, it's not always glam — but yes, it's pretty darn cute!
Most recently, Dorit took to social media to share the sweetest — and totally relatable to any parent — Instagram Story in which her kids negotiate their position on family dinner with their dad. PK first asks Phoenix to explain, "Phoenix, what's your position?
Phoenix explains her priorities vis a vis sitting down to eat with the fam. "My position is to ballet right now with my teddy," she explains.
PK Kemsley responds off camera, "Yeah, but I said you have to sit down to dinner."
Phoenix wasn't really feeling that, though: "Yeah, but it's my choice," the three year old responds.
Now, it's five-year-old Jagger's turn to get involved. "No, it's not your choice," he says — as her elder. "I'm your big brother! So I tell you what's safe for you and what you gotta do. It's your choice..."
But Phoenix comes back with the unassailable logic (of a toddler): "I get to choose, because I'm the ballet girl."
Well, you can't argue with that, can you?
