Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Shares Her "Quick 2 Minute Lunch" Idea — with a Cult-Favorite Trader Joe's Ingredient That Makes It "Delish"

In a recent Instagram Story, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach shared an easy, healthy lunch recipe. "Quick 2 minute lunch that is delish," she wrote. Naturally, we were all ears.
Here's the recipe: "Arugula, lentils, avocado, pico de gallo," Teddi instructed. Oh, and add a little dash of a cult ingredient from Trader Joe's.
In her next Story, Teddi showed the finished salad, which was topped with Everything But the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend. The mix of sesame seeds, sea salt, garlic, and onion really does pep up your everyday foods, so we can understand why Teddi was so excited to dig into her lunch.

This isn't the first time we've seen Teddi sing the praises of Trader Joe's lentils or a quick salad, either. She once told The Feast: "My go-to thing, it sounds crazy, but they’re the pre-packaged lentils that are in the fresh food aisle. Because lentils is one of my favorite go-to lunches. I throw it in with arugula, chopped tomatoes, a little bit of olive oil, and some balsamic vinegar and it’s delicious, filling, and I can take it on the go. And it still tastes good if you have it in a Tupperware and have to travel with it!"
