Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is pregnant with her third child, and is now early in her second trimester. Even though she's out of the first trimester, which can be a dicier time, she's experiencing some pregnancy nausea. And her nausea is manifesting in such a way as to prove just how much so-called "morning sickness" is actually a misnomer.
Responding to an Instagram follower during one of Teddi's signature evening ask-me-anything sessions, the All In by Teddi founder clarified whether or not she has "morning sickness."
"No morning sickness [in the morning], but around 5 p.m. I start feeling sick," Teddi replied. "So I have to eat dinner quite early and then it kinda combats it a little bit."
This isn't a huge departure for the accountability coach — who is widely known to eat meals at regularly scheduled intervals, and then sleep early to wake early.
