Of course, Teddi is the brains behind her successful coaching business, All In by Teddi, through which she shepherds clients through the process of devoting themselves to healthy eating and to overall transformed — fully accountable — lifestyles.
She's often been outspoken with followers on Instagram about how to handle cravings. So does Teddi embrace her own cravings during pregnancy, or is she holding back?
“There’s a way to balance it out as opposed to going hardcore on something because I’m feeling a pregnancy craving," Teddi told Us Weekly, which first reported the news of her pregnancy.
"I can ask myself, ‘What does that craving really mean? What does the baby actually need?’ I don’t think the baby actually needs a whole pint of ice cream, but a little taste of something sweet, I think that’s fine.”
