Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave’s Top Tip for Resisting Unhealthy Cravings Is Brilliantly Simple

That urge for French fries is no match for this very rational line of thinking... or so we hope. 

This Is How Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Stays Healthy on Set

Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave has a famously clean diet, and by now we pretty much know the ins and outs and of what the accountability coach eats (and drinks!) in a day. Drinking tons of water is a yes, as is ending the day with some healthful soup. But, what happens if Teddi gets a sneaky craving for something not so virtuous — something like, say, pizza? Or a handful of holiday-theme Lindor Truffles? (Asking for a friend.) 

On December 12, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills pal shared her tip for heading those urges off. Using Instagram Stories, Teddi answered a fan's question: "How do you resist unhealthy cravings?" 

Her response was perfectly simple — and smart! "The less you eat something the more the cravings go away," she shared. "Plus I tell myself that I have eaten 'whatever the junk food' is a million times and it never did me any good."

Indeed, pizza's not going anywhere. So if we pass up this one craving, there will always be another chance to indulge down the line. Way to frame up, Teddi! And by the way, this is how Teddi deals when she's in the mood for carbs.
