Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Reveals Who Keeps Her Accountable

The modelesque ladies of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have been revealing much lately when it comes to their daily diets: We already know what Erika Girardi eats in a typical day (as well as her alter ego Erika Jayne's wild cravings); and what food fuels Kyle Richards through her busy multitasking days. Next up? Fitness pro Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, who just revealed what a typical day looks like for her diet.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

"I always start my day with a full glass of water, before anything else, before I have a cup of coffee," Teddi told E!  in an interview. (And it's incredible that Teddi can accomplish anything before coffee when you consider how early she starts her exercise-packed day.

"I have one cup of coffee, workout I do cardio. When I lift too many weights and that I start focusing on the wrong thing. For me I just want to focus on feeling good so I do cardio. For breakfast I have either oatmeal with just a touch of brown sugar and then either blueberries or strawberries."

But because Teddi's day starts so early, she definitely requires a snack before lunch: "I always have a morning snack, like because I eat breakfast early like by 8, morning snack which would either be an apple, a clementine, some berries if I didn't have berries in my... oatmeal, and then lunch."

We already know that Teddi is all about her salads on the go — and she shared more details with E! about the kind of options that power her through the rest of her day: "My standard thing is that I make these salads that are arugula, brown rice and quinoa mix, peppers, tomatoes, avocado, some sunflower seeds, lime juice, and then just a little drizzle of balsamic vinegar."

And there you have it!
