Lisa Rinna's Family Says Goodbye to Beloved Pup Lola (UPDATED)

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills dog recently suffered from several health issues.

UPDATE (May 29, 2018, 10:45am) The family continued to share sweet memories about their Rottie over the weekend. Lisa Rinna sang Copacabana — which we can only assume is how Lola got her name ("Her name is Lola, she was a showgirl/But that was thirty years ago, when they used to have a show") — and Delilah Belle sang an original song to Lola right after the pup passed. We're all crying.

Voice of an angel. @delilahbelle was able to hold Lolaâs ð¾ while she passed. She sang this right after. Itâs beautiful and soulful and so heartfelt. â¥ï¸

Iâm so emotional today. I really canât imagine living a life without her. My best friend and friend when I didnât have any. Sheâs been with me through so much. When I got surgery she sat in my room for two days without leaving to eat, drink, or go to the bathroom. She is so strong and inspires me everyday. When she couldnât walk up or down the stairs and I saw the fear in her eyes of falling down, she did it anyways. She always makes me smile. Sheâs my sweet angel girl. Truly an angel from above. I flew home from Australia today to see Lola before I have to say goodbye tomorrow. I really donât want to say goodbye to her but sheâs in so much pain I think itâs for the best. Doggy heaven bound she is. I love you sweet girl â¤ï¸

It's a sad day in the Rinna-Hamlin household. During a time when most families are getting ready to head on a long weekend getaway, Lisa Rinna and her family are currently going through a big loss. The Hamlins have to say goodbye to their oldest pup Lola, who recently suffered from several health issues.

Lisa took to Instagram to share the heartbreaking news on Friday afternoon. “It’s so very hard to say Goodbye. Lola, we Love you so much. You have been the best dog ever. Thank you for your unconditional Love. We are devastated, but we know we must let you go.” Her message accompanied an image of husband Harry Hamlin giving the Rottweiler a kiss.

Lisa'a youngest daughter Amelia Gray Hamlin also dedicated a post Lola before having to let her go. “I love you so much my best friend. Hard knowing I have to let go of you. Lola the show girl I love you so much. Everyone does and will forever," she wrote.
