Kary Brittingham Reveals Her Ultimate Hangover Remedy

From her tagline on The Real Housewives of Dallas Season 5 ("If you take a shot at me, it better be tequila") to her wild 50th birthday party to her eagerness to take shots during her trip on Below Deck Mediterranean, Kary Brittingham has made it clear that she enjoys a night of drinking. However, she knows exactly how to ensure that an alcohol-filled evening doesn't impact her the next day.

"Kary, what is your hangover remedy?" Andy Cohen asked on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen's March 9 episode, which you can watch in the video above. "'Cause you go hard."

As it turns out, Kary has a very specific method to guarantee she doesn't ever have to deal with a hangover. "I try to drink very, like, pure alcohol. [I drink] only straight tequila with a little bit of like fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice or you know, not a lot of sugar," she said. "I try to drink a huge glass of water before going to sleep and take an Advil, and, you know, wake up and have a burger or something."

Kary isn't the only Bravoleb to share her hangover remedies. In 2019, Vanderpump Rules' Ariana Madix wrote on Instagram, "The best hangover cure in the world is Midol Complete. Just because you're a boy doesn't mean you can't use it. You will love it." The same year, RHOBH's Erika Girardi told BravoTV.com that in addition to consuming, "more liquor, cheeseburgers," the best way to get over a hangover is to "just stay in bed and pray."
