Joanna Krupa Just Sold Her Miami Condo for Way Below the Original Ask Price

The Real Housewives of Miami alum did not get the price she was hoping for.

By Tamara Palmer

Joanna Krupa and her ex-husband, Romain Zago finalized their divorce in August 2017 and first listed their 2,139-square-foot, two bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom condo inside Miami's Four Seasons Residences for $2.2 million in September 2017. Since then, Romain and The Real Housewives of Miami alum, who married media mogul Douglas Nunes in Poland last month, have continually dropped the price, finally selling a few weeks ago for $1.55 million — $650,00 less than their original asking price. The good news is that the duo paid $1.369 million for the pad back in 2013, which means they did make a small profit on the sale. ($181,000 for those who don't want to do the math!)
