Joanna Krupa Pregnancy Journey

Mom-to-be Joanna Krupa is so excited to meet her baby girl. She's been documenting her body's changing shape throughout her pregnancy with a series of stunning black-and-white photo shoots, so we've seen how her baby bump has grown, but now that The Real Housewives of Miami model is in her third trimester, she's reflecting on body positivity and what she's learned about self-acceptance through this process.

How to Watch

Joanna just shared how much weight she's gained in pregnancy, and the reason she's looking back on old photos from before she was pregnant in a whole new light.

"Being 8 months pregnant (35 weeks) and 30 pounds (13.6 kilo) heavier makes me appreciate the body I had before my pregnancy. I realized how hard we can be on ourselves," Joanna wrote on Instagram alongside a pre-pregnancy photo of herself with ripped abs in a bikini.

She continued to share how working as a model affected her confidence, saying: "I remember the days where I thought I had to lose weight cause there was always pressure to be perfect especially in my industry. Now I look back and I think my body was da bomb and would never take it for granted like I used to and if it ever looks this way again I will make sure to love it even more than before. Love yourself no matter what size shape or time u are in your life."

Wise words! "My body was da bomb," is the ultimate affirmation, right?

Joanna also shared her 33-weeks-pregnant bikini PEOPLE photo shoot where she showed her baby bump. "Women are like superheroes. The fact our bodies are built to create a little human being is beyond amazing, and I want to embrace that and show that a pregnant woman can still be beautiful, sexy and full of confidence while creating this miracle," she told the magazine.
