Since giving birth to her first child last November, Joanna Krupa has been busy adjusting to life as a new mom — and that includes finding the time to be active. In a new Instagram post, The Real Housewives of Miami model revealed that she has been working hard to follow a healthy diet and strict fitness routine over the last few weeks — and from the looks of it, her efforts are definitely paying off.

On March 7, Joanna shared a TikTok video of herself, dancing and looking as fit as ever in a teeny black bikini. While it might seem like she returned to her pre-baby size practically overnight, her postpartum health journey hasn’t been that straightforward, as she candidly explained in the caption.

“4 months post pregnancy and I’m finally feeling like there is light at the end of the tunnel and will eventually get my pre pregnancy body back,” she wrote. After several weeks of facing “major struggles” in her efforts to lose weight, Joanna, who previously revealed she had gained around 30 pounds during her pregnancy, says she finally feels like she's seeing some results.

She went on to credit "intense workouts" from Tracey Anderson and Orange Theory Fitness and lymphatic drainage massages for her progress, writing, “I’m back in my Pre pregnancy bikini. I will be honest and say exercise and eating right is a major key but I can’t believe the huge difference I am seeing from just 2 Brazillian lympathic massage sessions this week. It’s been a true blessing.”

Joanna went on to state that she was posting the video in an effort to “help motivate other mothers out there that are struggling.” As she explained, “Sometimes we just need extra help to get our bodies to a healthy state and feeling good about ourselves after carrying a baby for 9 months.”
