Melissa & Joe Gorga Just Took Their $2.9M NJ Home off the Market
The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple have decided not to sell their main house.
Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga have decided to take their mansion in Montville, New Jersey off the market.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple have had quite the real estate adventure with this property, which has been on the market three separate times. They originally listed in October 2017 for $3.5 million, before quietly taking it off the market. The property popped back up for sale for $3.29 million about a year later, was de-listed in February, and re-listed in April for $2.948 million, which is $342,000 less than their previous asking price. According to Zillow, the property is back off the market as of this week.
Since Melissa and Joe did not find a buyer for the 9,100-square-foot, six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom home, they're now juggling two residences — they purchased a new 3,500-square-foot waterfront home right on the Jersey Shore, a $1 million abode with a swimming pool right on Barnegat Bay, earlier this year.
Looks like they'll still have to take advantage of living in a home that includes such lavish amenities as a movie theater, billiards room, library, gym, hair salon, recording studio, pool, and four-car garage!
