Danielle Staub has been through a rollercoaster lately. After marrying Marty Caffrey in a beautiful beachside ceremony last May, the duo split just months later. Then in November, The Real Housewives of New Jersey pal found out her New Jersey home was on the market through a tabloid headline. Still, Danielle has managed to hold her head up high, and now she's focusing on the future.
A fashionable future, that is. At the taping of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 9 reunion, Danielle revealed to The Lookbook that she has been focusing her energy on a clothing venture as of late. In fact, Danielle told The Lookbook she was wearing one of her own "custom designs," a sleek black and blue pantsuit, to the reunion. (Watch the video above to see Danielle's design.)
"Fashion and design has alwaysbeen something that I've been into since I was 17 and signed with Ford Agency," Danielle explained. "My daughter has been with IMG [Models] since she was in Season 1 [of RHONJ] at 13 years old. Now she's 25. But I've always wanted to create cothing that you can wear but still look fabulous and not feel like the clothes are wearing you, and that's what I'm designing."
We're intrigued! But will custom Danielle Staub designs soon be coming to a clothing store near us? Danielle didn't reveal that, so we'll just have to wait and see...
