'Real' NJ Life: Chris Manzo
Chris talks about his love for Teresa's show storyline, what he's looking for in a girlfriend, and more!
Bravotv.com: How has your life changed since starring on The Real Housewives of NJ?
Chris: I can't say my life has changed all too much since the airing of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, besides the occasional picture taking with fans and the overwhelming Facebook love. I am still working at The Brownstone six days a week, and there is no special treatment from the guys here!
Which storyline (besides your own) do you find most interesting on the show?
I love ANYTHING involving Teresa - she makes me crack up. I love watching the interaction with her children, and Joe is also hilarious. They are far and away the best on the show.
What's your take on Danielle's book scandal?
As far as Danielle and "the book" is concerned, I will never judge someone on their past, who knows what the hell is truth and what isn't.
Are you single? What do Jersey guys look for in a girlfriend?
I am single indeed, it would take one hell of a girl to date me with the schedule I have right now. I think I can speak for most guys in Jersey when I say that getting along with my family is a key aspect in looking for a girl. My sister is like Simon from American idol, and I take her opinion pretty seriously. The most important thing in a girl to me is fairly simple...keep me laughing. I love to laugh and have a great time, that's what's most important to me.
Are there any misconceptions about you that you'd like to clear up?
As far as misconceptions are concerned...the show pretty much captured me in a nutshell. I can't dance, I don't work out, and Al is better looking.
Have you ever watched any of the other Housewives series?
I have watched just about every one of the Housewives series, but Orange County is my favorite one. I feel that if there's any I can relate to, it's that one.
I also want to thank everybody for the amazing response to the show and all the kind words about my family and me - we are looking forward to keeping you laughing.
