Caroline Manzo Shares the Exact Recipe for Her Healthy Lunch Smoothie

The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum whipped up a five-ingredient snack that looks delicious.

Caroline Manzo is a master home chef, and her Instagram feed is a constant source of mealtime inspiration. Whether we're looking for pasta recipes (or a low-carb alternative), a new way to make fried chicken, or a cozy soup, Caroline's got us covered. And for her latest trick, the Manzo'd with Children matriarch is showing us how to whip up a fast and healthy five-ingredient lunch. 

In a recent Instagram post, the New Jersey mama shared a snap of a purple blend in a mason jar. "Lunch smoothie - edamame, banana, blueberry, kale, avocado," she wrote, adding a stamp of approval in the form of a thumbs-up emoji. That's it — five ingredients, blend, and done. 

Caroline offered further instructions her comments. When a follower asked: "Do you use milk also?" The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum replied: "No, orange juice or ice."

And when another follower wrote in to ask how it tasted, Caroline tripled down on her original impression: She responded with three thumbs-up emoji this time.
