Caroline Manzo Shows the Post-Christmas "Carnage" at Her House
The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum shared a very real look at her home after the holiday.
The 2021 holiday season was filled with plenty of special moments for Caroline Manzo. The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum baked cookies with her adorable granddaughter Markie (and celebrated Markie's annual playhouse lighting), excitedly showed off her towering Christmas tree, and spent New Year's Eve with her family.
However, Caroline wasn't feeling quite as joyful after starting the New Year by taking down her tree. In a January 1 Instagram photo, Caroline showed the "Christmas Tree Carnage" in her living room: The floor was covered with tree needles, unwrapped gifts were all around the room, and some of the furniture had been pushed out of place.
Of course, Caroline didn't let the mess stop her from continuing wonderful moments with her family. The following day, she shared a snap of Chris Manzo in the kitchen and wrote, "Sunday cooking with my boy."
Last year, Caroline explained how she ended up with a massive tree despite her request for a downsized one. "I told my husband I was feeling sad this Christmas and I wanted a small tree. My instructions were 8’ maximum," she wrote in an Instagram post at the time, showing a large fir being hauled from the back of a truck. "I hope he arranged for some elves to decorate it. He’s a good man, that [Al Manzo.]"
