Danielle Staub's Daughter Jillian Bakes the Most Decadent, Lactose-Free Cakes (PICS)

While giving a tour of her New Jersey kitchen back in 2018, Danielle Staub mentioned that her daughter Jillian uses the spacious island to work on a passion project. "I do have a baker in the family," The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom said: "My Jillian will bake on that side," she explained, gesturing to the far right. "I take the other side, plus the rest of the kitchen." So while Mama made her gluten-and-dairy-free meatballs, Jillian focused on desserts. And two years later, she has much to show for her progress. 

Jillian posts her baking creations to a dedicated account, Sweetness. Her feed shows an impressive collection of theme cakes, and there's a whimsical dessert for every season. Here's the twist: All the cakes are lactose-free. But while they're missing a little dairy, the desserts certainly aren't lacking in creative flair.

There's a mummy piñata cake that explodes with black-and-orange sprinkles, and a fall cake that looks like an enchanted forest made of sugar.
