In the summertime, Jennifer Aydin's pool deck is a mecca for some epic parties. The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom has hosted delicious poolside barbecues and splashy kids' birthday bashes — and one of her parties was so wild, someone's husband ended up in the pool. But as one of Jennifer's kids recently discovered, the pool can also be fun when the temps won't allow for outdoor swimming.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 premiere May 5th at 8/7c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

In her  February 1 Instagram Stories, the Paramus mom shared a peek at the outrageously snowy weather in her neck of the woods. "Look at this blizzard guys, OMG!" she said. "Stay home in your bubble, peeps." Jennifer's own family heeded her advice, getting cozy inside with hot cocoa and a comedy flick.

But one of Jennifer's kids got a little daring, and decided to venture outside for some resourceful sledding. In one set of Stories, the mother of five showed her 16-year-old son Justin standing atop her pool slide, which was covered in snow. And after sliding down the makeshift slope, he attempted to trek across the pool, which likely had a cover on top along with tons of ice.

"Oh, it's just slush!" Justin reported to his mama. "It's like river water!"  Alas, Jennifer decided that the expedition wasn't safe enough for her younger kids to attempt, before quickly darting inside with her phone. "I'm gonna try to go back because there's snowflakes on the lens!" she cried.
