Joe Giudice Reveals What His Italian Family Thinks of Teresa's Cookbook Recipes

Even from the other side of the world, Joe Giudice is finding a way to enjoy Teresa Giudice's meals, and he has nothing but praise for his estranged wife's recipes.

"Today, I prepared one of Teresa recipe chicken cacciatore that was straight from Salerno where her father is from," Joe wrote alongside an Instagram photo of Teresa's cookbook, Fabulicious! "This is a simple, inexpensive, and 'fabulicious' dish to prepare for your family."

Joe, who is living in Italy with family, also noted that his loved ones are fans of Teresa's meals. "My [Italian] family is very impressed by her recipes," he wrote. "Buon Appetito!" 

In a separate post, Joe shared a video cooking the meal. "There may be many ways to cook [chicken]," he captioned the post. "But this is BEST!"

Mealtime has looked slightly different in recent months for Joe, who shared in March that because he was unable to go to stores due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, he was finding his meals within his natural surroundings. "Living off the land to stay healthy!!" he captioned an Instagram post at the time. "We are using natural resources from Mother Nature to eat! Tonight’s dinner is broccoli."

Teresa, meanwhile, has been whipping up chicken dishes at home in New Jersey as well. In a series of March Instagram stories, she showed the meal she was preparing for the night: a saucepan filled with a batch of potatoes, peppers, and chicken alongside a giant pot of lentil soup.

Luckily, while they're hunkered down at home, Teresa has their daughter Gabriella to help whip up food. In a March Instagram Story, Teresa proudly showed off a recent breakfast quesadilla prepared by the 15-year-old. "She's quite the cook," Teresa declared. "So good, Gabriella, you can cook in my kitchen anytime."
