Margaret Josephs Got a Breast Lift and Reduction: See Her New Look

Last month, Dolores Catania revealed her new flat stomach after getting a tummy tuck, but she isn't the only Jersey 'Wife who got a little nip and tuck recently.  

During the July 8 episode of her podcast, Caviar Dreams, Tuna Fish Budget, Margaret Josephs shared that she had also gone under the knife. "We're coming to you from my bed because I had a little surgery," The Real Housewives of New Jersey designer began. "I actually had a boob lift — it's a tiny bit of a reduction and a lift because my boobs looked like I've nursed my entire town."

Margaret had the procedure done by plastic surgery contour expert Dr. Joseph Michaels, who is also responsible for Dolores' recent body transformation. "Dolores researched this doctor, she went, she did this tummy tuck, she looked like a superstar, and I was like this is the guy who has to lift my boobs," Margaret shared. 

The fashion entrepreneur revealed that she wanted a boob lift for 15 years. "I hadn't done it because Joe [Benigno] has told me for years he loves my cheeseburger nipples. And my areola is very social and it's always sneaking out," she quipped. She explained that her size 34DD breasts were very "hangy," hurt her back, and made it hard for her to get dressed. "Everybody can attest to this: every time we have an event — prior to me getting on the show, on the show — I'm surgically taping my breasts up," she said. 

During the podcast recording, Margaret unzipped her shirt to show a peek at her new breasts. "As you can see, I have a great cleavage now," she said. She also revealed that during the surgery the doctor reduced the size of her areola. "So now I have little baby sliders," she joked.

While the Jersey 'Wife is still recovering, she is already enthused with her results. "I'm still a D cup, but they just look so much better. In 24 hours they look unbelievable," she shared. Later she added, "I'm very grateful. I feel a lot better about myself and that's what counts."

Margaret felt it was important to share her experience on her podcast because "so many women don't like to talk about the surgeries they've done to feel better." She continued, "I'm not about being fake and plastic — that's not what it's about. It's not about being insecure or thinking you have to fit into a social norm or anything like that. If you want to do something to yourself to make you feel better you shouldn't feel guilty about it. But I am also not into going over the top and thinking you have to fix every little thing. I like things that make people unique as well."

This isn't Margaret's first cosmetic surgery: During the podcast, she also shared that she had an eye lift and a brow lift at the age of 44, before joining RHONJ. And at the Season 9 reunion in 2019, Margaret debuted a new look after getting a facelift.
