The ladies of The Real Housewives of New Jersey take their birthday desserts seriously. For Melissa Gorga's 42nd birthday, the boutique owner treated herself to a Ferris wheel filled with treats. Dolores Catania celebrated her 50th with a two-tier cake dripping in gold. And for Margaret Josephs, the sweets started even before her official birthday rolled around.
In her recent Instagram Stories, the Caviar Dreams Tuna Fish Budget author shared a peek inside her "birthday pregaming" at True Food Kitchen. Looking sharp in a white blazer, the birthday queen invited her mother Marge and her husband Joe to join her for dinner at the "healthy" restaurant — but it wasn't all veggie-based snacks like edamame guacamole.
After kicking off the meal with a round of fruity drinks, Margaret blew out a candle on a chocolatey dessert. It appeared to be True Food Kitchen's vegan, gluten-free flourless chocolate cake, which comes with a festive scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. "Kickin' off the birthday celebrations!" Marge announced in her caption.
