Are Margaret Josephs and Marge Sr. Getting Mother-Daughter Plastic Surgery?

It’s no secret that Real Housewives tend to enjoy their cosmetic tweaks, but during Part 3 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 12 reunion, it was a Househusband debuting a newly zhuzhed face.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 premiere May 5th at 8/9c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

When the men took to the stage during the May 17 episode, host Andy Cohen noticed someone was looking a little different. “Joe B., you look fantastic!” he remarked to Margaret Josephs’ husband, Joe Benigno.

“Thank you. My wife, after four years, convinced me to go before a surgeon and they cut all the fat out,” Joe said, motioning to his eyes. (Joe visited Dr. Mark Karolak, who has also performed surgery on Margaret and Dolores Catania.)

Andy asked, “Wow, so they did, like, the bags under your eyes?” to which Joe replied, “Yeah.”

“He had a lot of luggage under those eyes,” joked Margaret, and Joe added, “A lot... It was bad.”

Margaret is no stranger to plastic surgery, either. (Press play on the video above to hear more about that.) In the past, she has been open about getting a facelift and having a breast lift and reduction, among other procedures. In July 2020, following her breast surgery, Margaret opened up about her philosophy on cosmetic treatments: “I’m not about being fake and plastic,” she said at the time. “That’s not what it’s about. It’s not about being insecure or thinking you have to fit into a social norm or anything like that. If you want to do something to yourself to make you feel better, you shouldn’t feel guilty about it. But I am also not into going over the top and thinking you have to fix every little thing. I like things that make people unique as well.”

She added, “I feel a lot better about myself and that’s what counts.”
