Earlier this summer, Dolores Catania unveiled the results of her recent tummy tuck, and just a few weeks later, Margaret Josephs also revealed that she had gone under the knife. The Real Housewives of New Jersey fashion entrepreneur got a breast lift and reduction by the same plastic surgeon who worked on Dolores, Dr. Joseph Michaels

Days after the surgery, Margaret shared a peek at her new breasts, but now that she has recovered a bit more the Marge is ready to put the gals on full display.

On August 12, Margaret shared a photo from a post-op visit with Dr. Michaels. In the snap, Margaret flaunted her newly-lifted breasts in a cleavage-baring, pretty pink dress featuring a ruffled hemline. She topped her look with layered gold necklaces, a sleek top knot, and a fabulous leopard and floral print face mask.

"The Man behind The Marges New Melons," Margaret wrote. She added, "No implants. Just a reduction and a lift!! And they are JUICY melons!"

In July, Margaret shared that this procedure was something she wanted for 15 years. She explained that her size 34DD breasts were very "hangy," hurt her back, and made it hard for her to get dressed.

"Everybody can attest to this: every time we have an event — prior to me getting on the show, on the show — I'm surgically taping my breasts up," she said on her podcast, Caviar Dreams, Tuna Fish Budget

"I'm still a D cup, but they just look so much better," Margaret said. "I'm very grateful. I feel a lot better about myself and that's what counts."
