6 Outrageous Cakes We Can't Believe Exist in Real Life

Caroline Manzo's adorable granddaughter Markie is 2 years old! Of course, The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum didn't miss a moment of the birthday celebrations. Caroline was at her daughter Lauren Manzo Scalia's house on February 24 to ooh and aww over the precious birthday girl — and her lovely cake. And luckily for us, we got to peep in on the details as we scrolled through both Mama and Grandma's feeds.

On her Instagram Stories, Lauren showed off the festive, Mickey-and-Minnie-Mouse inspired decorations in her living room. "We're not having a birthday party for Markie because we're going to Disney on Thursday for her, but had to make sure we decorated Sunday dinner." And pulled off a cake to match, of course. (Come on, this is New Jersey!)

As Caroline and Lauren both showed on Instagram, the afternoon's festivities included a cake that has us squealing. The two-tiered masterpiece had red, black, and white frosting and jaunty polka dots. But the real icing on top, so to speak, were the edible mouse ears. Can you stand it?

It seems like the little one has many more birthday sweets in her future, too. Markie, if you're reading: Might we suggest Disney's rose-gold cupcakes?
