Teresa Giudice Ignites Instagram Debate After Revealing She's on a Diet With Her Teen Daughters

The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom Teresa Giudice is known for her attention to her diet and fitness — even as a competitive bodybuilder. And now, she's announced that she's bringing her two of her daughters along with her on her latest diet plan.

On Instagram, Teresa explained that she's doing a new customized approach with Milania, 14, and Gabriella, 15.

"Getting my daily #macros in with the help of @absolutenutritioncounseling and perfectly personalized meal plans by @bvdahan customized just for me, Gabriella and Milania. We are totally ready for #summer," she wrote on Instagram — including such hashtags as "#longevitymeals," "#healthyeating," "#macronutrition," and "#enjoyinglifeiseverything."

While some of Teresa's followers were supportive, others voiced questions in the comment section.

One wrote, "You put your girls on diets? Let them be kids jesus christ."

That sparked a discussion in which supporters explained their position while praising the RHONJ mom. "Too many people are letting kids be kids and not teaching them how to be well balanced adults. If you want your child to have a healthy life then you need to instill the importance of what they feed their bodies," one wrote.
