A Look Inside Teresa Giudice's Very Healthy Refrigerator

Teresa Giudice tends to eat lean and clean (especially when she's working on her bodybuilding), but she doesn't expect the rest of her family to follow her often strict diet. In fact, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom and cookbook author still goes all out to cook all the good stuff for her family. And by good stuff, we mean carbs, of course.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey on Peacock and the Bravo app.

She made salad, huge versions of what we assume are her husband Joe's Juicy Meatballs, and an incredible-looking pasta with meat sauce for a family game night at home on Sunday. She also served pita bread with a gorgeous fresh hummus with chickpeas and olive oil on top.

The family played a rousing round of Ellen DeGeneres' popular Heads Up! In the game, players wear cards on their head and they have to guess what word is on it based off clues that they're given. Looks like it was entertaining for everyone from the youngest to the eldest of the Giudices.

Later in the night, Wheel of Fortune came out to play, too!

Of course, hummus is also amazing served with carrot and celery sticks as a substitute for the pita. And she could enjoy the meatballs as a side dish to a big serving of salad if her trainer has been breathing down her neck about pasta.

But Sundays are reasonable cheat days. And anyway — 'tis the season to bring on the bread! New Year's resolutions are right around the corner alas...
