Bravo fitness buffs like Teresa Giudice, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, and Tamra Judge tend to start their days with oatmeal. The breakfast dish is famously filling and healthy, and of course you can always toss on some blueberries or brown sugar. Or, how about a fried egg?

In a December 10 Instagram Story, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom shared a snap that showcased a savory spin on her usual breakfast dish. Instead of throwing on fruit this time, Teresa topped her meal with a fried egg.

Served up in a bowl that said, "Yum," the meal looked cozy and tasty for a wintry morning. The image also got us inspired to look up some other savory oatmeal ideas. Here's what our research yielded: You can also top the oats with feta cheese, sautéed veggies, chopped avocado, and other goods. The possibilities are endless, folks! (Peep some more ideas here.)  

In the meantime, this isn't the only bit of breakfast inspiration Teresa has dished out. The New Jersey native has also tempted us with photos of egg white omelettes and even the occasional cinnamon roll.
