Just after settling in to her new homeRamona Singer has sold her former apartment of 22 years, a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom jewel on the Upper East Side of Manhattan that she renovated in 2017. The Real Housewives of New York City entrepreneur received $4 million, which is lower than her asking price of $4.25 million — itself a second reduction from the original ask of $4.995 million for the four-bedroom place.

How to Watch

She revealed on the first part of the #RHONYC episode that she had accepted an offer and that she had dropped the price a few times because she has seen that the market is soft and she really wanted to start fresh after seeing how happy Dorinda Medley and Sonja Morgan were after their respective moves (tour Dorinda's new spot if you haven't already). Page Six reported that the deal was filed on Wednesday.

"I just realized with Sonja and Dorinda, with them moving on, I could sit there and hold on for an extra whatever that is — is that going to change my lifestyle? No," Ramona said on the reunion.

The buyer of Ramona's apartment has some wonderful amenities to look forward to, including a 24-hour doorman, an on-site concierge service, access to a roof deck, tons of natural light in the unit and even a private wing for the master bedroom that is separate from the other three bedrooms.

Now, Ramona is getting comfy in her new home in the 60s, where she's already in love with her super skyline views. While she's getting a lot of new items for her fresh start, she also kept a lot of her favorite pieces like her bed, which make everything feel "not so strange" to move after 22 years in one place.
