Sonja Morgan finally found a renter for her incredible townhouse on New York City's Upper East Side, which she had listed for $32,000 per month. In the epilogue of the Season 13 finale of The Real Housewives of New York City it was revealed that she stuck to her guns insisting on full asking price, and was able to acommplish just that!

It's a huge development for this townhouse, because Sonja has struggled with what to do with it for years. She thought about selling it but decided to rent instead. Million Dollar Listing New York's Steve Gold said, "It's not the right time to sell right now," on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show in 2017. Gold also said that the 4,000-square-foot home is "an incredible property," with five floors, a big backyard, balcony, full basement and stunning views of NYC. (Watch the video above for a full tour!) There's even an elevator, which Sonja once described as "a real luxury. It's also a real savior."

The townhouse was also briefly home for at least two RHONY pals, Tinsley Mortimer and Luann de Lesseps, but now Sonja is off to a new abode, where she'll have to establish new house rules.
