RHONY Cast Breaks 4th Wall Repeatedly in Midseason Trailer: “My Kids Are Gonna See This”

The Real Housewives of New York City Season 15 midseason trailer promises a "disturbing" accusation coming.

By Joe Dziemianowicz

Tensions are about to boil over to “shocking” and “unreal” levels on The Real Housewives of New York City.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo Tuesdays at 9/8c and stream next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

So far on RHONY Season 15, airing Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo, Housewives have gotten into tiffs over money, spouses have sparred over bitcoin and babies, and there have been pranks galore.

But brace yourself for some extreme turbulence in the newest batch of episodes. The midseason trailer for Season 15 teases the cast’s trip to Puerto Rico, where a hurricane-force emotional storm erupts.

What will happen on RHONY Season 15?

The tempest appears to be whipped up when Ubah Hassan and Brynn Whitfield get into a fight, with Brynn responding by saying that her “f-cking character” has been smeared. Brynn’s concerns weren’t just about today, but the future impact of their argument, leading to a fourth wall break.

“My kids are going to see this!” Brynn responded.

Ubah and Jessel Taank also directly address the camera while dealing with the drama on the trip, as seen in the trailer.

Raquel Chevremont, an art curator who had arranged the girls’ trip to reunite with her mother, took stock of the situation: “The accusation is disturbing,” she said.

Asked by a producer to describe the dramatic night in Puerto Rico, Raquel summed it up in one word: “Unreal.”

But while events in Puerto Rico left the cast “speechless,” as Jessel Taank put it, there are plenty of other dramas going on.

Over dinner with the cast, Rebecca Minkoff served a warning to Brynn, who hasn’t exactly welcomed the fashion mogul with open arms.

“You seem to thrive on being a bully,” Rebecca said calmly. “And it needs to stop.”

But the midseason trailer also teases that the entire second half of the series also has touching and fun moments, too.

Before the Puerto Rico excursion, Raquel and her fiancée Mel, a forensic neuropsychologist, host a party inspired by Harlem drag balls that looks like it'll be a wall-to-wall blast. Racquel will also be preparing for a reunion with her mother. Plus, there are plenty of other bonding moments between the women to come.
