Kellyland vs. Negative Town

Kelly welcomes us back and gives us her strategy for this season.

Welcome back to RHNOY!

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Peacock and catch up on the Bravo app

To clear the air, we weren't moved back because we were too boring, we were moved back because we had a new group of Miami mamas Bravo wanted you to see.

Honestly, this season of RHONY is off the drama charts. The ladies are in rare form throwing verbal daggers everywhere. Get your shields out!

I learned one valuable lesson last season: if you don't navigate well with dramatic situations, ZIP IT! What did I get out of sticking up for myself on Season 3? Nothing! When in drama or doubt, walk away, leave a room, or remove yourself. The biggest lesson I learned was to remove myself from conflict. Engaging in conflict does not get you anywhere, especially when you are on a TV show.

I get a lot of slack for living in "Kellyland." Why on earth would I want to hang out in "Negative Town," when I can work hard, love my girls, have fun with my friends, and be the best I can be?

Good begets good. Try as hard as you can to disassociate yourself from "Debbie Downers" and "Negative Nellies." Hang out with those who love and support you. Trying to befriend those with issues is like staying in an abusive relationship.

Life is too short. Living well and having fun are the best revenge.

Welcome back, follow me on @kellybensimon. Ask me anything you want, and please give me constructive criticism. I want to be the best Kelly I can be. Just don't mention my height, for I can't do anything about being 5'10"!

And, get ready for my sixth jewelry line, launching at the W hotels this April from $50-150. I want you to look and feel as hot as you possibly can.
