The Sisterhood of the Traveling Caftans

Kelly debates proper travel attire, Jill and Ramona's feud, and camels.

Traveling is tough, but traveling with seven personalities is tougher. Sometimes, I felt like I was watching United States of Tara, where the women move in and out of personalities.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo Tuesdays at 9/8c and stream next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

I spent my mornings running to really get a feel for the area and see how the native Moroccans live. They are charming and respectful of their religion, which I was so impressed by. Back to the riad, women were dressing for success before we all packed into the mini vans to go to the souk. I was a little shocked at the clothing choices of the women. Here are my travel clothing go tos: low key, Out of Africa-style, Gap, Loomstate, Theory, or J. Crew. Think easy, relaxed, and unpretentious. When in Rome, act like the Romans.

Jill/Ramona: Listen is the operative word when dealing with a confrontation. All these women feel compelled to tell and not listen. I hate confrontation, and I feel horrible when people are upset. But I also loathe when people fight to fight, and not to reconcile. I'm sure we all have a hard time watching friends fight after knowing each other for 20 years.

The craziest moment was when LuAnn almost fell off the camel. She's such a cool, calm, well-traveled woman, who proved she can handle everything from camels to "snakes." She's proved to be an awesome friend. Nurture real friendships and beware of frenemies.
