Um, Tinsley Mortimer’s Ex, Scott Kluth, Gifted Leah McSweeney a $5,000 Chanel Bag
The Real Housewives of New York City alum showed off the fuzzy pink Chanel sherpa bag, courtesy of her bestie’s ex.
Tinsley Mortimer and her ex-fiancé, Scott Kluth, went their separate ways in 2021, but Tinsley’s bestie, Leah McSweeney, held on to a keepsake from the Coupon Cabin CEO for good measure.
In a January 30 TikTok, The Real Housewives of New York City alum showed off a “brunch look” that included a camel-colored sherpa jacket, loose-fitting casual jeans, brown clogs with fuzzy white lining, and a very special accessory.
“Kier thinks I should wear different shoes. I don’t think so,” Leah began the video, shouting out her teenage daughter, Kier, whom she shares with her ex, Rob Cristofaro. “Obviously, the best part about this outfit is the Chanel bag that Tinsley’s ex-fiancé got me — thank you, Scott!”
The raspberry-colored shearling-and-sheepskin shoulder bag with a chain strap (valued around $5,000) was definitely the ideal cozy addition to the Chaos Theory author’s laid-back “brunch look,” with her rose-tinted sunglasses providing the perfect coordinated touch.
Though Tinsley moved out of the Big Apple during Season 12 of RHONY to be with Scott in Chicago, she and Leah kept their friendship alive and shared updates with fans of their outings together on their social media channels.
Following her split from Scott, Tinsley relocated down South, first sharing that she was in Palm Beach, Florida in 2021, and then revealing her new home in 2022: Augusta, Georgia.
It was The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Sutton Stracke who shared the news that Tinsley had moved once again in a November 2022 Instagram post. “Guess who I found living in my hometown?” Sutton, who is originally from Georgia, captioned a snap of herself and the Southern Charm author.
“I love Augusta! Can’t wait for you to show me the town,” Tinsley wrote in the comments section, signaling her enthusiasm for her next chapter.
