Ramona Singer Explains Why She Ate Dog Food
The Real Housewives of New York City cast member came home to a snack, but it wasn't what she expected.
It's no secret that Bravolebs take their dogs' food seriously. Tom Schwartz has been known to add cheese to his pup's dinner, Kameron Westcott sells pink dog food because "dogs need to sparkle on the inside and the outside,” and Kim Zolciak-Biermann has even ordered room service for her dog. However, Ramona Singer recently took things to a new level when she actually sampled some kibble — but wait, let her explain.
"My girlfriend likes to cook, so this was on the cutting board when I came home," The Real Housewives of New York City cast member said in a recent Instagram Story video while holding a measuring cup filled with dog food. "I thought it was pistachios, so I ate some. Guess what? It's dog food. I ate dog food."
As RHONY viewers are well aware, dog food is far from the strangest thing Ramona has found on a kitchen counter. On Season 12 of the show, Ramona woke up after a wild night at her Hamptons home to discover dishes, food, and a very surprising item left out from the night before. "There's a vibrator in the chicken," Leah McSweeney told her at the time, to which Ramona replied, "I have to laugh, otherwise I'd cry."
