Even in self-isolation, Ramona Singer gives good lamb. The Real Housewives of New York City skincare maven — who's self-quarantined in Boca Raton with her daughter, Avery, and her ex-husband, Mario — pulled off an Easter feast for the books this year. Ramona herself is the first to admit it: Her lamb was a "major success."

In an April 13 Instagram snap, Ramona had the satisfied grin of a home chef who knows her business. Standing in Mario's sunny kitchen, she held up a platter of lamb; in the next slide, she offered a closer view of the plump and still-pink meat.

"My herb crusted rack of lamb was a major success for Easter Sunday dinner!" she announced in the caption. "I had plenty of time on my hands to make sure it was perfect!"

Not only did Ramona prepare the "perfect" dish for her little self-quarantined crew, she also found an on-point look for the occasion. Wearing a sleeveless pink dress and her go-to butterfly necklace, the New York mom looked like springtime incarnate.

Ramona's Easter feast was one of many meals she's whipped up in Florida. In an April 7 Instagram post, she smiled over a spread of potatoes, chicken, and vegetables, writing: "I really have been enjoying spending time in the kitchen these past few weeks!" She's also using her feed to share recipes.

In an April 13 Instagram Story, for example, Ramona spilled the secret behind her roasted Brussels sprouts. "Just another dinner," she said, showing off her tray of tempting veggies. "So, Brussels sprouts: Baked 'em for 10 minutes, tossed in olive oil, salt, and pepper. And then I took ... two tablespoons of the vinegar, two tablespoons of honey to make my own little sauce, and I'm gonna drip it on." She'd also made tuna steak, which she marinated in a mixture of lemon and herbs.

It's not just Ramona's cooking that's impressive. Have you seen her sexy toilet-bleaching technique
