Ramona Singer is looking more incredible than ever. (Seriously, did you see her slay that sexy leopard one-piece recently?) Last summer, The Real Housewives of New York City entrepreneur dished on her new workout regimen that has her looking fit and fabulous. Ramona told Us Weekly she had been doing a "combination" of workouts. Now, we know exactly what those workouts look like.
In the May 21 episode of RHONY, Ramona invited Dorinda Medley and Sonja Morgan to one of her training sessions the day after their wine and drama-filled orchard trip. It was then that we learned Ramona has been attending personal training sessions at Manhattan fitness studio Exhale — and we also got to meet the trainer behind Ramona's new routine. The socialite has been taking one-on-one classes with Bergen Wheeler, which is how she's "slimmed down." She told Sonja that Bergen "helped transform my body."
As soon as the class began, we could tell Bergen plays no games. "Let's go, start to raise your knees," she directed before leading the ladies through a high energy, full body workout circuit utilizing low weights. From high knees with a twist to oblique-targeting calisthenics, Bergen kept the ladies moving and helped them "detox that wine." We got tired just watching them.
Sonja's reaction to the intense cardio class said it all: "This is like the worst punishment ever. Really, these workouts shouldn't even be legal."
While the class may not be Sonja's cup of tea, it's definitely paid off for Ramona.
