Ramona Singer Makes a Major Change to Her Diet

Ramona Singer has been staying fit during self-quarantine, committing to regular workouts with her daughter, Avery. (And also committing to some statement-making workout gear.) But now, The Real Housewives of New York City OG is taking her healthy lifestyle one step further by cleaning up her diet. In a recent Instagram post, Ramona shared the tweaks she's making to her eating regime, along with the cozy dinner she whipped up to kickstart her new plan.

In the May 4 Instagram snap, Ramona was holding a dish of freshly baked chicken in Boca Raton, where she's self-quarantining with her family. Already looking quite fit in a snug, hot-pink tank top, the skincare maven wrote, "Eating healthy this week...Exercising and having no carbs and sugar." She added, "Tonight I made chicken herb de Provence. It’s my signature dish!" 

Indeed, we've heard Ramona talk up this cozy, French-inspired dish before. Usually made without a vibrator garnish, the healthy dinner includes chicken baked with lemon, olive oil, shallots, white wine, and herbs. As Avery showed in her Instagram Stories, Ramona plated her signature chicken with green beans and a green salad topped with lemon juice.
