Since leaving her Upper East Side townhouse in 2018, Sonja Morgan has settled into a pretty pink apartment in Columbus Circle, where she has admitted she feels much lighter and freer. "Getting up from under the house has released me emotionally and physically from it so that I can do more in the apartment, spend more time with my girlfriends, spend more time with my daughter and my fashion designs, and when I go to the house now as a landlord, I get it done and I leave it there," she shared.

How to Watch

At the time, Sonja found a renter to pay full ask — $32,000 a month! — but The Real Housewives of New York City mom is once again looking to find a tenant for the home, whether that be a renter or a buyer. Yep, it’s true, Sonja has once again put the storied home on the market, and she’s listing it for a whopping $10.75 million!

What does one get for that price? Well, the five-story house is located on a gorgeous tree-lined street in a ritzy Manhattan nabe, and it comes with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a private elevator, and, of course, Sonja’s iconic outdoor terrace, which she prunes on the regular.
