What Triggered Jill Zarin's Scorching Restaurant Rant?

Ouch.

By Jenny Berg

Admittedly, finding "very cold dense" bread in the bread basket doesn't sound like a pleasant way to start a meal. But, things only got worse for Jill Zarin during a recent night out at a New York City eatery — and The Real Housewives of New York City alum was seething by the time she took to Instagram Stories to describe the whole ordeal.

The review posted on October 25... and let's just say, it wasn't exactly Jerry O'Connell gushing over Tom Tom. No, this review was — in Jill's words — "bad bad." Shall we dive in?

Showing the restaurant's menu, Jill presented her thesis right out of the gate: "Did NOT have a good meal," she wrote. "Why?" Let's move on to item number one...

First, Jill was seated for dinner at 8:30, but her reservation had been made for 8:00. In sum, "took to long to sit," she shared. Next, there was the basket bearing the now infamous "very cold dense bread." After scanning the "weird" menu, which made it hard to find something to eat, Jill settled on a $138 rib-eye steak. Well...

The dish came out "raw and 40% fat." When Jill expressed her consternation, the manager allegedly argued that that's how ribeye is supposed to be prepared — but took the item off the bill nonetheless. That's not the only thing Jill thought should have happened to rectify the sitch, however.

"You should have at least offered something else a drink or dessert," she wrote to the restaurant, tagging it directly. "Bad bad management. Chef should have come out of kitchen." So, we're guessing she won't be back? Meanwhile, read it and weep:
