Ever since The Real Housewives of Orange County newcomer Emily Simpson strutted into Eddie Judge's birthday party in a red-hot jumpsuit, we knew she was going to be a fashionista to keep an eye on. So, when we found out that the attorney-slash-party-planner was headed to the 70th annual Emmy Awards on Monday, September 17, we could hardly contain our excitement to find out how she would get all glammed up for the star-studded event.
